Looking for reliable crew members who take pride in their work. Pay starts at $18/hour with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
Trident Lawn & Landscape is hiring reliable crew members with a strong work ethic who show up ready to work. You'll join a team, so being a good team player who follows directions is key. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, stay proficient with their tasks, and have a sharp eye for detail.
What You'll Do
- Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, weed-free flowerbeds)
- Pruning shrubs
- Mulch application
- Power tool operation and basic equipment maintenance
- Snow plowing as needed in winter
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-12 hour shifts), occasional weekends/overtime
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of power tools to execute tasks on the job along with proper mechanical maintenance of equipment
- 1-2 years landscaping experience preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Must commute to Chesapeake, VA 23322
